The new Xcaliber RTL Wood Golf Shaft is filament wound with unique torsional distributions only possible using this process. This makes it extremely stable for long distance flight. Few shafts on the market today can match the new Xcaliber RTL Wood Golf Shaft. It produces a mid to a bit high trajectory and optimized spin, giving you distance and confidence to control ball flight. In fact, its exceptional performance and feel took our player testers pleasantly by surprise.

With the ability to go head-to-head against any 65g workhorse shaft on the market, the RTL Wood Shaft’s exceptional performance comes from its filament-wound construction. Using a computer-controlled winding process, this model is extremely consistent along its entire length.

The RTL Wood Golf Shaft is designed for golfers swinging 90-105+ mph with transitions and tempos ranging from medium to fast, especially those who tend to play more on the aggressive side.

If you have a slower swing, expect a medium ball flight and spin. For faster swings, expect a more penetrating ball flight with less spin. Either way, this shaft is designed to give you optimal distance, control and feel.

Standard Trim Instructions: 

• 0 in. for driver, 0.5 in. for 3-wood, etc.; max 1.5 in.

Experienced Club Makers:

• A maximum for any head is 2 in., providing the bore depth does not exceed 1.5 in.
